Todays enterprise has different development and deployment environments for each of these different modes of user interaction: a separate stack for mobile, web and voice. Our m2Serve platform has two main components which can be deployed within 30-60 days behind corporate firewalls or in the cloud:
1. A suite of apps that out of the box offer connectivity, synchronization, security.
2. An API which can be used by developers to rapidly build and deploy complex apps they only focus on the User Experience, while the configurable backend provides consistent business logic across all modes of user interaction.

The Blisstering m2Serve platform gives you the ability to:
- Users can update existing content or upload new content in one location, and it will automatically propagate to all modes.
- Integrate any and all data on the mobile/tabelet device with existing back-end applications such as CRM, HR, ERP, etc.
- Synchronize all mobile content (e.g., contents, pictures, videos, etc.) with corporate servers
- Integrate with LDAP servers for authentication and security, and single sign-on capability
- Integrate with corporate accounts on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Physically locate mobile phones at all times (provided the battery's still alive)
- Send urgent messages or notifications
- Remotely delete all data/content/apps on the mobile device (your IT department can set the policy, which is automatically implemented by the Blisstering App Store)
- Standard APIs for developing complex applications, with adapters at the back-end which integrate with standard platforms such as SalesForce, SAP, Oracle, etc.
